There are many references in the bible to “The Bridegroom”.   Before a women marry’s a husband, she is first Jesus’s bride.  Jesus offers an unconditional love like no other.  We all seek to be loved, and the bible says that it is a fortunate man that finds a wife.  I believe God wants us to share the covenant of marriage.  He is always with us, but He desires for us a companion, just as Adam had Eve.  It wasn’t until after three failed marriages, that I was born again into the Holy Spirit and discovered a deep desire to be “Jesus’ Bride, and truly follow His lead on finding a partner and earthly love.  Not because I had to, but because I wanted to, I follow Him.  As I learn and grow in my journey with Christ, I call myself Jesus’ bride, knowing and believing with all my heart that He will heal what is broken and show me the love I have always sought and richly deserve.  My hope is that this painting will remind you that what he promises one he also promises you.  You are SO loved by the Lord, and are as special each day to Him as a bride on her wedding day.  In this modern Christian art piece, “Jesus’ Bride” bows on a cushion of clouds smiling in her wedding gown and crown as the Lord above smiles back at her with joy.
