On May 1, 2023, in New York City, Jordan Neely, a 30-year-old homeless man, was agitated and threatening the lives of others.   Daniel Penny, a 24-year-old United States Marine Corps veteran put in Neely in a chokehold Neely, leading to his death.  Penny was recently acquitted of any wrongdoing.  

While the woke left want to emasculate men so that they do NOT come to the aid of vulnerable women and children…young men like Daniel Penny represent an emerging resurgence of men who will stand up against  criminal behavior that threatens  the peace and safety of law abiding citizens.   

Former Marine Daniel Penny is more victim than hero.

He’s a victim of a culture hostile to traditional male masculinity, a victim of a society that is systematically destroying the nuclear family, a victim of social media’s elevation of the dead and the elite.

Eighteen months ago, Penny crossed paths with Jordan Neely, a drug-addicted, schizophrenic, homeless man on a New York subway. Neely, an ex-con, behaved erratically. He threatened passengers. He screamed he was willing to die and return to jail.

Penny reacted. He grabbed Neely from behind, wrestled him to the ground, and restrained him with a choke hold he’d been taught in the military. Penny held Neely until the subway stopped, nearly six minutes, and then asked passengers to call police. Neely was alive and breathing when Penny released him. Neely died several minutes later as police and paramedics tended to him

Daniel Penny: 

"The three main threats that he repeated over and over was, 'I'm going to kill you,' 'I'm prepared to go to jail for life,' and 'I'm willing to die' ... I was scared for myself, but I looked around, I saw women and children. He was yelling in their faces, saying these threats," Penny said.
